Never did need a burst to break free, and only needed to get to the goal line, so perfectly happy to string it out for a TD.Ironman92;1828319 wrote:He's the most patient runner I've ever seen and it isn't close.

Barry Foster was the last steelers runner that I felt was very patient back when he went for almost 1700 in the mid 90's but yeah, Bell is the most I have ever seen as well.

Ben is bought off bad today. Another interception....this in end zone. Cannot finish off a game. Completely and utterly dominated this game....but it's not over yet.
Couldn't just take the FG and be up 3 scores and give Bell a rest.....he's going to have 40 carries and be dead for next week

Dozen missed tackles and quick score by the dead Buffalo team. Pittsburgh just can't stand to finish off a team.

38 carries 236 yds 3 TD AND 4 catches for 62 yards.
He ain't going to be worth anything at Cincinnati next week

I have a bye this week in fantasy playoffs...otherwise, Le'Veon Bell got me 52.80 points.

So far a good day. Steelers win; Broncos lose, which helps in potential wild card situations; Miami lost Tannehill and rumors are that it might be for an extended time, which also helps in potential wild card situations. Just need the Pats to beat the Ravens to put them in first place, so someone else has to worry about these potential wild card situations.

Too lazy but if Broncos, Steelers, Dolphins all 8-5....who would it be?Heretic;1828345 wrote:So far a good day. Not sure if I'll watch much today. Christmas this afternoon with her side of the family and I'm not very festive during games. I do not want to see Burfict end Bell's season for a 3rd consecutive year and Ben has been throwing picks of late. They may win but got a bad feeling. Next week is the big game...gotta beat the Ravens

All big games this time of year. Coulda went to this one..glad I turned them down with it getting moved to the 1pm slot. I think it comes down to if the bengals new kicker can do better than nugent. If so, bengals win.

Steelers living on Bell rushing...I think Bengals DL keeps Bell from running wild and Ben throws 2 int....not sure Steelers can win if those things happenthavoice;1829042 wrote:Ive tried that before......and i always find myself checking the score all the time!

They used and abused Bell last week so this will need to be won by the defense (Oh shit) and Ben throwing it. Bengals have a DL who knocks down passes at an alarming rate and I wouldnt be surprised to see one of those deflections end up in an INT.Ironman92;1829043 wrote:Steelers living on Bell rushing...I think Bengals DL keeps Bell from running wild and Ben throws 2 int....not sure Steelers can win if those things happen

A 50 yard penalty to put Bengals 1st and goal on the 1....ball that had no chance of completion....but was the correct call because the fucking defender panicked for no reason and just ran into the receiver. Ball was greatly under thrown.
Just horse shit defense and zero pressure on Dalton.
Family arriving soon because I can't watch this and stay married.

And Kirkpatrick gets beat and gives his team no chance by holding out of desperation....safety was coming and maybe he doesn't get it inbounds....Bengals would've had around 50 seconds left.
Too many players just don't understand risk/reward, clock situations or greater % of winning stuff

Once again, a big win yesterday. Did what they had to do and after getting down big they didnt panic.Ironman92;1829071 wrote:And Kirkpatrick gets beat and gives his team no chance by holding out of desperation....safety was coming and maybe he doesn't get it inbounds....Bengals would've had around 50 seconds left.

Had to listen to the bengals radio guys and they praised the steelers for not putting 'salt in the wound' and scoring at the end and then ripped Tomlin for celebrating like he "just won a playoff game" (as if bengal fans would know how that feels like......)
Beat goes on.....ratbirds and then the browns. Wrap it up next week so when the browns beat them in week 17 it wont matter....

Huge game tomorrow. Glad it is on Christmas so there is something to watch! If it was on the road, I would give them 4% chance to win, but at home....50/50.....

Ravens now have Bell under control. Ravens 2 fumbles and just down 1....I've seen this before. Some TE or WR will have to step up and Ben can't throw a pick.

Baltimore won't even let them get to midfield.
