Suspended, as were the replay guys. I am not ever for changing the outcome of a game on a wrong call, but if I was this would be about the ONLY instance I would be ok with it.
WIth that said, if I sat on some committee and had to choose teams for a playoff or postseason like in hoops I would look at this, from the OSU perspective, of a W against a team you really should have beaten easily. So..slightly BETTER than a loss, but still not that positive because it was a huge upset+

Tennessee leading Ohio 14-12 in the 3rdQ.

Iowa up 21-14 on North Dakota State in the 3rdQ.

App State trying to mount a comeback against Miami, trailing 24-10 in the 3rdQ.
