Not to mention Lochte has lost his major corporate sponsors yet Hillary rakes in the cash. By the way foreign and corporate donors only have until November 8th purchase favors via the Clinton Foundation and money laundering operation. So make that last minute donation large to assure your place at the trough. Even if Hillary loses the Clinton Foundation and money laundering operation will not be accepting any foreign or corporate donations. LOL like the would not dry up on their own.

It is because people have allowed themselves to be so very particularly conditioned to find this acceptable. For two reasons:
1.) "Because Democrats help the poor!"
2.) And they still find Bill Clinton to be just so damn likeable.
2.5) People who for whatever reason will vote for somebody solely for one reason, all other garbage be dammed. Think Ptown.

So therefore, the Clintons can be quite brazen, smug in their knowledge that whatever the hell they decide to do just won't matter to enough people. They also know that 90% of the media is lathering themselves at their feet. So there ya have it.

I think ptown has legit reasons for voting for Hillary. I would never vote for her but I also think a Trump presidency would be terrible. There are plenty of people who are just as blind to his flaws. Certainly not the media, but most of the people I know who are voting for Trump excuse some of his worst flaws.

I think foreign policy (whether you agree with what Clinton has done is debatable for anybody) is Ptown's one deciding factor. Because both candidates are full of crap, one says ridiculous things, one does ridiculous things. So that is what I meant by voting based on one item only, all other garbage be dammed.

And no doubt people are excusing the inexcusable to justify who they are going to vote for.

It won't happen. Even if it did, it won't change federal government checks.

If you ACTUALLY want the political system to have better checks in place, you can push for it now, regardless of whether or not anyone goes to prison.

Hopefully he and his supporters will not be responsible for Hillary winning Ohio and putting her over the top, and thereby able to nominate up to 5 supreme court justices which would haunt this nation for decades.

Republicans maybe should have thought of that before electing Trump as their nominee.

As you like to say, 'You own it!'.

Maybe libertarians should have thought about it before running a candidate that might insure they end up getting Hillary and her scotus. You have to live with that disaster too.

Have to live with either the disaster of Trump or the disaster of Clinton.

Don't blame this on Libertarians. Blame it on the Republicans who chose the only candidate that has no chance in the general election. You own it.

By no means did I mean to imply that Trump cannot win, but libertarians may be the deciding factor in allowing Clinton to finish the destruction of the republic. Perhaps they should run as republicans similar to Sanders, a socialist, being allowed to run as a democrat; they might have a real shot then, if they warrant.

Your assumption, of course, is that if Libertarianism wasn't a thing, those Libertarians would be Republican leaning. Sometimes, I'm curious if you actually know much about the platform.

The platform includes:
- opposing unsustainable military action, as well as foreign intervention in general
- supporting the freedom to opt out of programs like Social Security
- supporting the right to choose what goes in their bodies (yes, even hard drugs)
- supporting the right to marry whomever they wish, provided they are able to get married
- opposing surveillance without enough probable cause for a warrant
- opposing closed borders and "building a wall"
- opposing treating citizens as combatants in order to deny them their rights
- supporting equal treatment under the law, regardless of religion (even Islam) or national origin (even "those people" from the Middle East)
- opposing the militarization of police
- opposing policing tactics like 'stop and frisk'
- opposing penalties for businesses who move elements of their business overseas
- opposing the use of drones for police purposesh
- they land about 50/50 on abortion, as well

So, do you REALLY think that the voters for Gary Johnson (who, it is indicated, is pulling about as many voters away from the Clinton campaign as he is from the Trump campaign) are the ones to blame for Clinton getting elected? Do you actually think they'd ever want Trump to be president any more or less than Clinton?

If Republicans ACTUALLY cared about keeping her out of office, they would have backed a better candidate of their own, instead of one who gets the partisan base riled up but will alienate moderates, independents, and third-party voters.

The Republicans already have the platform. They are one of only two heavyweight parties. They made the bed. It's their own fault if others don't want to lay in it.

This has nothing to do with Libertarians. This has everything to do with Republicans electing a candidate that can't even beat freaking corrupt shitlord HRC.

You own it!

I'm pretty sure, from reading his posts through the years, that all QQ "understands" about politics is that if a person has an "R" after their name, they're the next best thing to Jebus. And if they don't, they're evil filth that doesn't deserve living in "his" country. Minor details like critical thinking and actually understanding platforms...that sort of stuff is for them weak-wristed Demmycrat elitists in their ivory towers!!!

Oh, and reps for giving an intelligent reply. That he'll likely ignore completely because he likes to live in a dream world where he and his beliefs are the only right way and anything that goes against them is obviously part of a giant conspiracy to ruin the country.

Sadly, this.

I hold Palin, Coulter, Malkin and Hannity personally responsible.
