Well, I was waiting around for the new thread but......

couldnt contain myself as Hammy is pissing me off with his man love for Scherzer.

He went home run crazy on a catch by the National outfielder to preserve the no-hitter. Seriously? Hey, great catch ......but it doesn't equal a Tribe game winning HR.

Whatever.

Game one in progress with Bauer tossing a 2 hit shutout after 6.

Meanwhile, Hammy is baffling me by being so excited about a potential no-no for the opposite team.

Game 2 is a 4:10 start.



As I type this, Lindor just singled in the T7 and Hammy almost sounded disappointed.

And Ramirez knocks in Lindor for a 1-0 lead and Hammy is back with the program.

This has been quite a ballgame. Scherzer has been his usual amazing self. Lindor finally breaks up the no hitter in the 7th and gets to 3 on an error by Scherzer...scores on a sac fly.

Lets give Bauer some credit here too. He's throwing 2 hit ball through 7.

I was afraid to start this. I'm pretty sure Lindor scored on a Jram double. Who then stole 3rd and scored on a Chisenhall bloop. Now we need Bauer and then the gang to shut this down

Yea, that's what I said. I was correcting that Lindor scored on the Jram double, not a sac fly.

This one deserves the sparkly wahoo. Bauer pitched great and JRam is player of the game. Way to shut the door by both Shaw and Allen.
