Susana Castro Beltran and Angelica Perez Martinez allegedly hid about 2 kilos of heroine in their body cavities and flew to Dayton from Mexico, Brem said.

That's over two pounds of heroin inserted into each of the girls. All I can say is, goodness gracious.

Two women were arrested after Mercer County deputies found syringes during body cavity searches, according to the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office.
Paige Waterman, 29, and Chelsie Hedge, 21, both of Celina, were arrested Monday during a traffic stop on suspicion of possessing drug paraphernalia, according to the sheriff’s office.
Deputies reported receivng a tip that the two suspects were on their way to Dayton to buy drugs. The tip included information that the women would “hide the drugs inside their body cavities if they suspected they would get pulled over.”



The women were stopped on Coldwater Creek Road and a Celina police K-9 alerted deputies to the presence of drugs, which led to deputies obtaining a body-cavity search warrant, according to the release.
During the search, deputies removed from each woman “a syringe from their vaginal cavity area,” according to the release.
Both women face misdemeanor charges of possession of drug abuse instruments.

As for the drug hiding, a syringe isn't quite the same as hiding two pounds (of any drug) inside of you.

I wonder if they have any say in how much gets shoved in there? Do they say "ok, 2 lbs is all I can handle" or is there someone else forcing them to carry that much?
