Tough little mini stretch here.

3 in KC
3 in Balt
2 vs Washington

Already 2-1 so a good start. I'd be pretty happy with 5-3 in those 8. After that, we get 7 at home vs last place teams (A's/Twins). A good stretch here could go a long way to really put Detroit/KC/CHW in the review view mirror and build a nice cushion.

Bauer hasn't had 'it' his last three starts. He looks apathetic, uninspired, and completely lost--don't know why, but he better get 'it' figured out quickly

By chance has it been the 3 starts since that long relief appearance where he just threw as hard as he possible could on 90% of his pitches?

My biggest concern moving forward is that the strength of this team is the pitching, and with the exception of Kluber's last interrupted start (?), they're getting knocked around pretty good--even the outs are hard hit balls. Unfortunately, I see our Central lead wiped out within two weeks.

Ugh. Terrible starts, and no offense either. When I looked last week (correct me if I'm wrong) but they pitcher wasn't very good
