This was a game we lose last year, and still not comfortable with our closer situation...let's go for a dozen!!!

A very good sign when you win the games that could have been losses. Good teams find a way to win. This is a good team.

The Braves TBD for tonight has been settled. Joel de la Cruz will make his Major League debut tonight vs the Tribe.

From Rotoworld- The 27 year old hurler owns a troublesome 4.68 ERA, 1.49 WHIP and 44/24 K/BB ratio over 57.2 innings at Triple-A. He isn't worth using in any format and should be stacked heavily against in daily leagues.

Vegas seems to agree- Salazar and the Tribe are -230 tonight....a quite lofty number to be favored by on the road.

I had to get a shower and get in bed so going into the 9th last night I turned on the radio and listened in the shower. I nearly slipped and fell when Santana hit the go ahead RBI.

This team is just darn good.

I was traveling in Georgia last week and listening to sports talk radio. They were talking about this series coming up already (since it was Interleague) and they literally said that the Indians are too good of a team all around for the Braves to realistically compete for the series. They were hoping for 1 win and not get swept.

Ha this scares me. Ripe to somehow throw a gem. Or the Indians will tee off. I don't think anyone hit a homer yesterday.

Not a stellar first for Danny but he got out of it thanks to the Braves trying to score with no outs and a runner on 3rd, grounder to 3rd. Dumb

Listening on the radio and Rosie said just about the most critical thing I've ever heard.

"And here comes Salazar to the plate and I have to tell you....he is NOT much of a threat."

I had to lol at that.

But he beat out the double play and came around to score and helped himself out.
