I don't actually think he's really coming. But, it's fun to talk about all this...especially since there's not much excitement this off season with the Cavs. Anyone remember how awesome July 2014 was, when all the rumors and plane tracking with Lebron was going on? This is similar, just on a much lesser level.

I personally think its happening, but it is still so out of LF, so no disappointment if it doesnt. Just kind of "oh well, wouldve been fun".
If Wade truly was on that flight last night (and why would an airline start a rumor...they were probably just excited about famous people lol) Id think its a done deal. He knows the Cavs situation, so if he cared about money and not about wins, he wouldnt even entertain this.

it wouldn't matter.. the money that lebron didnt take wouldn't make a dent in how much over the cap they are. when you're already over the cap, you cant offer money to FA that aren't already playing for you... the most they could give him is 3 mil.slingshot4ever;1802392 wrote:Would LeBron take less money on a 1-2 yr deal to free up some space for Wade to get paid?

I think the longer it goes, the more likely it will happen.
If he were going back to Miami, I feel like it would have been announced as soon as the 2 year, $40 mil offer was announced.

Now, I'm thinking more and more that this is all used as a ploy (like I said last week about rumors Lebron taking less for Wade) just to stick it to Riley and for the Heat to pony up. Then we'll get the denial from Wade saying "I was never on the plane" or "I was just visiting LBJ"
