gosh a ruddies, Disney had the resources to prevent this from happening. They chose to take the risk. Now they will pay for it.

Neg pub is worse than any financial lawsuit loss to Disney. The potential cash award, no matter the size, will be but a blip on the balance sheet after insurance pays their share.

WAR, except for the mountain areas and canyons, Arizona is flat, brown, and devoid of green vegetation. It's pretty ugly. LOL. They didn't "choose" to take the risk.... they failed to forsee this happening, which in our litigious society means they'll be held liable. We are so accustomed to this that we look at this as justice or normal. Totally agree about not wanting to live in Phoenix. I have lived in both places and I'll take Ohio any day over Florida. Really the only things bad about Ohio compared to Florida is no good beaches/ocean and it snows/gets cold. I'm young though so the cold never really bothered me that much.
