Nowhere is he arguing that they never make bad calls. I have seen Kerr bitch and moan (along with his players) plenty of times at the refs during games.

It's his job to manipulate the human element of the game. I can't blame him for trying to tip the balance of calls in his favor but he also understands that the game will never be ref'd perfectly.
