Brady and it's no debate. He's had essentially no star RB, only three great receiving threats throughout his tenure, and almost always delivers. IMO the year Moss came and they went undefeated was the single best year a QB ever had. They just beat everyone down that season

Marino: 59.4 Comp %, 86.4 QBR, 61,361 yards, 420 TD - 252 INT, .613 Win %, 0 Superbowl Wins
Favre: 62.0 Comp %, 86.0 QBR, 71,838 yards, 508 TD - 336 INT, .624 Win %, 1 Superbowl Win
Elway: 56.9 Comp %, 79.9 QBR, 51,475 yards, 300 TD - 226 INT, .643 Win %, 2 Superbowl Wins
Brady: 63.6 Comp %, 96.4 QBR, 58,028 yards, 428 TD - 150 INT, .771 Win %, 4 Superbowl Wins

Looking at those stats, they should probably be ranked like this:

1. Peyton Manning
2. Tom Brady
3. Joe Montana
4. Brett Favre
5. Dan Marino (Elway's only edge is Super Bowl wins and less INTs)

Brady very well could pass Manning, or slip, if he plays another 2-4 years.
