I'm assuming he will be penalized. Not sure why they would do this and then say it was all good.

The only way he caused it was if his putter contained a ball magnet. Putter wasn't even grounded which is the only way without contact to cause it to move.

From my limited understanding of the rules and procedures of golf, I think think that the decision will completely up to DJ after the officials have him review the video.
