Burrow was very successful running and scrambling in the playoffs when he wasn't playing in his "country bumpkin" league. Athens did barely lose the state title game to powerhouse Toledo Central Catholic. I don't disagree with you in the fact that he'll probably be more of a pocket passer at the collegiate level, but he's also capable of using his feet. He doesn't have blazing speed, but he can be an adequate runner if needed.

All this talk about Burrow...but Meyer continues to talk...A LOT... about how much he's looking forward to Haskins coming in. Calling him the best quaterback he's ever seen at his age. High praise for a kid who hasn't even suited up in Scarlet and Gray yet.

Isn't this an NCAA violation? Or is the rule that he can not mention the kid by name?

Haskins has signed his letter of intent so Meyer can talk about him whenever now I believe.

Urb should refund his salary for not even making the playoff with a record amount of talent.

Seeing this bounty on draft weekend has shown the degree to which he mailed it in last year.

It can't be acceptable going forward.
