Burrow was very successful running and scrambling in the playoffs when he wasn't playing in his "country bumpkin" league. Athens did barely lose the state title game to powerhouse Toledo Central Catholic. I don't disagree with you in the fact that he'll probably be more of a pocket passer at the collegiate level, but he's also capable of using his feet.
