Have a crock pot of roast with potatoes, carrots, celery and onion. Hearty to say the least. Chocolate pie for dessert

Used to do that. No I do a late (10 am, I wake up at 530/6) light breakfast, light snack, big lunch around 1, light snack, smallish dinner by 630. I do eat a lot of kale.

Today I had a chicken swarms wrap. Usually its a sandwich and fruit (apple, banana, etc...) I can gain weight super fast, and watching what I eat to keep me in line requires constant vigilance.

I do. Maybe not every day, but usually 4 days a week, I avg 120 miles a week Spring through Fall.

It's hard to beat IMO.

Christmas Eve we do appetizer type stuff (cheese ball and crackers, meatballs, bacon wrapped sausages, veggie tray and fruit tray, my aunt usually brings a couple pizzas.

Christmas Dinner the next day we have dinner food.

Had pork chops with brussel sprouts last night and will have the leftovers for lunch. Will have chicken breasts with broccoli tonight.

Nice! I eat omelets for dinner all the time. Such an easy way to get a bunch of veggies, good fats, and protein in something that tastes really good.
