Since despising mushrooms really isn't something that I only seem to not like I didn't think I would be posting on this thread.

Then I went to the BellStores in Alliance and was reminded about something that makes me cringe...

As the cashier handed me my change, she said, "Here you go Sweetie".

AAARRRGGGGHHHHH!

I can't stand it when a cashier, (or a waitress or anyone else who I have absolutely nothing to do with except that I am right there associating with them right then), calls me Sweetie or Honey or some other cutesy name like I'm their best friend.

This also bothered me, but more so when girls my age in college did it. It always came off as so condescending, like they pitied me.
