Wilson drilled that ball and Wagner didn't have any ideas of trying to score, until two tackles were missed, then he picked up the pace.

He put entirely too much air under that one. Gave the defense all day to get in position to break it up or pick it off like they did. Just a terrible decision.

The rule of having to maintain possession thru the ground makes play continue after the offensive played goes down or OB or both. For example a receiver receives the ball as he goes out of bounds. The defender must reserve the right to try to make him lose possession by hitting him after he is OB and/or jumping on him OB and trying to strip the ball.
