I apologize for any misspelled names...I have terrible eyesight and couldn't see the board on a few names!

Quite a few D1 coaches not in attendance and several teams did not enter names. Olentangy had a few kids in but they will not be wrestling due to football so I didn't list them.

Can someone post the D2/D3 teams please?

I will be posting the matches up soon. I have it in PDF form and I have NO CLUE how to post a PDF on here. Whenever I try to copy and paste the file as if it were normal text, things get lost and jumbled. It is NOT COOL! (This PDF file will be posted onto the Inside the Circle website after school.)

I am retyping all the names in order to copy and paste in a readable format.

Also, for those on twitter - every (roughly) twenty minutes I will be tweeting a poll under the Inside The Circle handle (@InsideThe360). Each poll will consist of the #1s of each weight class. Followers can then vote on who they think is favored in the match-up.

Stay tuned.

My son impressed me BIG TIME last night. He went from not knowing what a trumpet was about three months ago to ascending and descending notes C through G, as well as being able to play a few songs. Granted, Hot Cross Buns is less a song than my door bell tell, but he NAILED it. I was beaming with pride.

I have to assume it is a preference of the program. Gahanna was not there because their school scheduled team pictures on a Sunday but Coach Bentley sent nominations in with another coach. So if they couldn't be there...they could have followed his lead on that.

It was discussed at the meeting that this is our marquee event to promote our sport. We should have the best kids entered. It really takes away an experience for some kids and for central Ohio in general when we don't send our best. I think I heard that 18 D1 coaches were not at the meeting.

O-Lib seems to be the most glaring omission. We're they not eligible since so many of their current kids are from other Districts? :rolleyes: Or maybe they do they own "Preview" ?

Graby -- Good list, that would probably be my top 5 too. I look forward to seeing Ana A back on the mat. He's always been a favorite of mine. I have general bias toward the big fellas but I've always liked watching him wrestle. Kid get after it.

Teacher/Vanmeter is going to be GREAT, IMO.

I loved the feedback we received. I'd love nothing more than to use the information as a way to organize the evening putting the most voted on match last. But then again, that might be more than is necessary. That's me! Dr. Overthink and Overkill!

I agree, great kid and an awesome wrestler! Remember seeing him as a freshman and he was aggressive and quick and hit the ankle pick before you could blink!! : thumbup:
