McCown sucks in this game because his receivers can't break loose from their defenders. All he does is dump it off in space and the receivers do the work, but they can't against Denver's tough D.

Pettine just wants to get into the locker room at halftime. And then they miss the fg and we have no time to do anything b/c they didn't use a time out. Genius.

As for the Broncos punting, they probably do just that. Because brainless Pettine refused to call a TO, Denver had a free shot at 3 points.

Isn't the blind side from the left tackle? This came off the right tackle. And yea, he knows the blocking assignments, how do you miss that guy coming untouched? Lost in all of this is that our defense, even with almost no pass rush, has only given up 3 field goals. Good performance thus far by them.

Sure, the quarterback has no responsibility to pick up blitzers or other people coming up to the line that won't be blocked. Quarterbacks never call audibles.
