He's only had 3 good games. No I don't have links, I know people who work in the business and actually make money scouting college football. They don't like him, and think he isn't intelligent enough.

Theirs plenty of links out there from scouts who have multiple concerns. I doubt anyone has said he'll amount to "nothing" but I'd not be surprised if only Cleveland thinks he's a high draft pick.

Former scout. I can find many more on twitter, on top of the people in the industry who agree. You are being a clown here. I like OSU, and I don't hate Cardale, but he has looked horrendous ALMOST all season. He shows flashes, but has not put anything together.
