Spread is OSU -28.5

Is there any doubt OSU will win this game? No, there is no doubt.

What is in doubt is if OSU can get their head out of their asses and put together some offense. Defensively, OSU is the best team in the country. Offensively, we turn the ball over too much and have no rhythm. I expect a win; 35-3.

Go Bucks! Championship or bust. :RpS_love:

Western Michigan is just as good as Northern Illinois. No doubt OSU wins, but something can come from the result.

I hope we blow them out 100-0 but there's no chance with the play calling and the lack of rhythm we even come close. Thank the Lord that we get a couple cup cake games before the conference schedule starts because we'd be in trouble otherwise.

Another ho-hum win will drop OSU out of the #1 spot. This has to be a dominating, overwhelming victory by 35+ or they are moving down. They have the talent but not the attitude right now...OSU 28 - WM 17.

Ohio State could win by 1 with a last second field goal and still be #1.

I believe we have already established you know nothing about CFB as a whole and you are like the sorority girls that paint their bellies and scream GO BUCKS the entire game and yet have absolutely no knowledge of the game whatsoever

No one has established anything. My credibility took a substantial hit this week after my very off prediction of the football game between OSU and NIU. Despite this set back, I still receive the highest of praise for my knowledge of college football and in particular the greatest college football team in existence today, The Ohio State University.

You on the other hand are known as a drunk troll with zero credibility. Enjoy!

Dude...your credibility is only as an unabashed homer for all things Buckeye. When you refused to acknowledge the SEC top to bottom is better than the B1G you revealed your CFB ignorance. I on the other hand am so much smarter than the avg. troglodyte that plys these waters I suffer the name calling from sheer jealousy. It's mostly from the NEO Clowns backers because I own them like Jefferson owned slaves.

This game worries me a bit in that WMU has more of a vertical passing game than NIU, and can score quickly. If the Buckeyes play like they should, this game won't be much of a contest....but if they play like they did last week, there is some potential for REAL embarrassment.

The fact that this team has already played Sparty the comparisons from the "experts" will be intense. Anything less than what MSU did will be evidence for the naysayers.

WMU lost to Georgia Southern 43-17 the week after Sparty beat them. They clearly are not as good as Northern Illinois but if the Bucks continue to play worse each week then it could be a tight game. I think that Urban will go with JT and not do the QB shuffle this week,

Elliot 25 carries don't care how they divide the rest. Do what works and wins.

I'm not sure what concerns me more.. A quarterback "splitting reps in practice" or a quarterback getting ready to line up against a MAC school and so concerned about how he will perform because a backup quarterback is looking over his shoulder lol that it affects how he plays against a cupcake that he should straight dominate. #ignorant-story-line-from-media

Glad he's sticking with Cardale. Hopefully if he starts to stuggle he's left out there, he's never gonna find a rhythm or be able to work his way out of it, if he's getting pulled.

Yeah, they aren't playing Bama, they are playing Cupcake U. If he is struggling against Cupcake U, he should have a short lease man. Struggling against Cupcake U for 3 straight weeks is a bigger problem. Cal Poly's QB didn't struggle against Cupcake Hawaii this week in their loss. You DONT struggle against Cupcake U when you are the #1 team in the country.

If high school varsity is told to line up against a high school JV team, the starting qb doesn't struggle because he is looking over his shoulder. He is going to dominate the cupcake competition.

This long leash needed for cupcake U is masking a bigger problem.

There are more problems than just QB play right now.

I agree with only your last point about being more problems than just QB play.

The Line, and Play calling have been suspect.

However, regarding the long leash, when the backup QB that they have brought in continues to play just as bad if not worse than the starter, you leave the starter in.

I can agree with that. Urban has been begging for Barrett to take over the reigns and he refuses.

It's time for Zeke to break out for 200+ and that will quell all the QB chatter.

The fact that Zeek has been average tells me its a lot about playing calling vs. just the QB.

I agree. Herman left a huge hole.
