Bob is the goalie of this team for sure. The problem is when the goalie says he has no confidence you give him a night off let him watch the game and clear his head. He can't play all 82 games of the season anyway. Why not rest him in Buffalo where he played 3 games in 3 1/2 days. Toots will be the next coach. He is kinda crazy and will yell at players for sure.

I don't disagree. Bob should have been rested against Ottawa, at minimum. However, my point was that the way things are going, McElhinney won't fare any better. I mean, the offense isn't that bad...nothing great, but it's not like they are getting shut out. 12 goals in 5 games, you shouldn't be 0-5 unless your defense just sucks.

Looks like we will see a trade before a firing. I'm guessing Rhychel Ankinson and a draft pick for a top notch defender. I wish we could find someone to take Jack Johnson

It it will be interesting with the dynamics between Torts and Dubi since they have a checkered past.

Another Loss..... Officially worst start to a season in modern hockey history.

The team did play better tonight except for Jack Johnson and Prout who both still suck. RyJo was benched the 2nd half of the third period and I'm sure won't be happy.

Dubi Hartnell Wennberg Cam and Calvert played really well tonight. Bob was okay but got hung out to dry a couple times by the defense.

Those players that played well I had a feeling they would adjust well. I will say with Torts as the coach, he will hold these guys accountable. I think that Dubi and him will get over it. It's the past and a new team. RyJo needs to step it up. Not a young kid anymore and it's time to start playing better!

Last night was a great game from the CBJ. The most energy I have seen from the team all year. The defense looked good with Prout scratched (Finally). Wild Bill is starting to emerge as a real talent. Hartnells goal was amazing. Joey looked much better last night to.

The goalie Vancouver called up to start was really good. Guy kept them in it all night.

Headed down to the game now. Team is playing much better under Torts. What's funny is how good Boll has been since coming back in the lineup. He missed some easy goals but is playing better then ever before
