Let's not forget we had a freshman class chock full of high quality players and we have another top notch class coming in. I sure as shit wouldn't want to play the Buckeyes next year. In addition, remember a lot of teams lose players including MSU who will lose their starting QB.

But you said they were a lock for the playoffs. Everyone said that MSU was going to be their toughest test and biggest chance at getting beat. That's not you "nailing" a prediction. Possibly the biggest disappointment in the history of CFB. There should be an asterisk on whoever does win the NC because they really didn't beat the "most talented" team in the land. Needs to go to 8 teams asap so this kind of travesty isn't repeated.
