We decided to go with P90, instead of P90X, largely because we were concerned about the time commitment for P90X. We're 12 days in so far, and we're seeing good progress--I'm down 8 lbs already and my clothes are already looser. The P90 itself isn't a bad workout, albeit a little monotonous. But it's shorter than P90, which really helps with scheduling it in.
So far, so good.
