Not the same. It's one thing to post (I'm posting right now). It's another thing to find time to sit down and determine who I want to bring on as an admin of the site. I could just draw a name out of a hat, but I'd rather put some thought into my decision.

Does Veterans get an additional 10% applied to their score?
