Kroger's makes sense, since it was named after a person. It is their store.

However, "The Kroger" and "The Meijer" make no sense. Nor have I ever heard that before.

Can't you all see the obsession like_that has with me? It's bizarre - so many times I've destroyed him and all his Clowns Mafia buddies and yet he still pretends in some twisted way that he's equal to me. This year will be the worst in 10 years for the Clowns - bank it now.

The deadbeat comment really must have gotten under your skin. You followed up one fail post with another a day later. Since it's bugging you, don't take it out on me deadbeat, your daughters need you.

We have a douche at work that when something isn't right he always says it's "Not OK"

Not sure if I hate that expression or him for saying it.

What about people who say "Really?" when they are pointing out a ridiculous point. As far as I can tell, this originated from SNL's Amy Poehler doing a skit. It was funny in that instance. It is neither funny nor cool to listen to someone pushing it years later in everyday conversation.

Preach on!

Mike Golic gets on a kick from time to time and I just have to turn it.

"I know, right?" Buh!!!!!!!! I'm a non-confrontational kind of guy but when I hear people say that I want to punch them in the face.

Those two offers were spot on!

"just my opinion"

It drives me absolutely up the wall when people make fact claims and then qualify it by saying it's their opinion. If it's a fact claim, you might be right, or you might be wrong, but it's not a subjective matter, so it's not an opinion.

In my honest opinion I have the most personal previous quotes being used by other OCers as their signatures. In my honest opinion that makes me by far the coolest guy on the entire site.

You'd be even cooler if they hadn't turned out to be ludicrous. ;)
