He's a good fit in Baltimore. Slides right into the Torrey Smith role of "run fast in a straight line and let Flacco chuck it".

You are so stupid if you think Chip actually offered all of that. The Titans said they would accept a "stupid" (stupid as in fantastic, not stupid as I'm using it to describe you) offer and the Eagles offer qualifies as "stupid" and then some. Just putting out there was Ian Rapaport reported last night.
