I just did TONIGHT thanks to STO having some indie Ohio federation.

Now, tomorrow when the one-night Monday Night War comes to be...I dunno. It's intriguing and all, but there is a bowl game. I'll probably be flipping channels.

If it is the NCAA Championships, I would at least see a few of the matches. I also watch High school wrestling because I like the nature of the sport. I don't consider Professional Wrestling a "sport". I consider it more of a side-show. I don't think there is a whole lot of wrestling going on but there are plenty of pyrotechnics and bombastic nose to nose arguments between managers and the like and it's just to me a poor soap opera that is a waste of my time.(And you realize of course, that now there is only one major Soap Opera on TV and I would not watch that either.)....although it is worlds better than Professional Faking.

Unless you're 5..everyone is well aware of the fact that wrestling is fake. You know that right? Lol Yes..it is a Soap Opera...for adults..nobody will argue that either. Is it a sport? No...of course not. They don't call it a sport...they call it Sports 'Entertainment'. No denying the wrestlers are tremendous athletes though. But no..it's not a sport.

As for the question..I'll probably DVR them both and watch later...Football trumps wrestling.

I'm actually kind of excited to see what both shows do. There is no competition really, but Raw hasn't been a good show overall in I don't know how long. Hoping that the names alone aren't the drawing card...that they actually put together and launch some nice stories that boosts the quality of both shows going forward.

I always thought it was hilarious.... but the fake punches that miss by 2 and half feet are just plain stupid. The true fake acting of it turned me away.

I might watch some of TNA, but no doubt will have RAW on for the full 2 hours.

Haven't watched wrestling since the late 90's....I loved it growing up but grew out if it, and it began to suck.

I will try to find a video of BRet Hart's return on youtube, though....I'll be watching Heroes tonight, though.

It would appear that there are other posters who evidently did not know that "Professional Wrestling was fake by the age of five..." I'm glad that I am not alone in my ignorance of the actual contents of this sports "entertainment".

Sure will, Bret Hart coming to RAW is huge. I might catch a bit of TNA just to see what a circus it is when Hogan's walking corpse rolls out to the ring. TNA will be under in 2-3 years tops

Absolutely .... TNA is the watered down WWE and Hogan and his "me personality" he will run that place into the ground. I can't stand him and I don't see his appeal anymore.

Wow, shit, I feel like someone just told me there was no Santa Claus. I'm almost afraid to ask this question for fear of an earth-shattering revelation - did the doctors on "ER" really save all those lives?

Hogan and Hart will probably both be on at 9 pm. Just like the old days, the fans will have to watch one or the other. I used to watch Raw at 9 and then watch the replay of Nitro later that night.
