I sync up both...watch the game on mute, play the game through my phone with the audio of Hammy. Its awesome. Also, I will be watching the first 6ish innings then flipping between this and the National Title Game. Pretty excited to be on ESPN for our opener, but pretty pissed its not in the afternoon where I could watch it all lol

Most of the time, and I'm not sure if the threshold is the quality of your connection or not, when I'm watching on MLB.TV I have an option to watch and listen to the audio overlay of WTAM so I don't have to manually sync.Laley23;1719272 wrote:I sync up both...watch the game on mute, play the game through my phone with the audio of Hammy. Go Tribe. Always excited for a season to start but this season has all the makings of being a real fun one. An exciting club, some renovations to the ballpark...just a good feel.
You pay for MLB Gameday Audio and Extra Innings? Other than putting a radio in my living room, how would I be able to do this? I have MLBTV since I'm in North Carolina. So, I get the game day audio for free as part of it. MLB TV on the television via AppleTV and Hammy on the speakers via game day audio on the phone. It's like $15 a year for game day, and I'm pretty sure no blackouts. That's only with the video service, so might be with it. But double check the blackout rules first.TBone14;1719295 wrote:Go Tribe. Ive heard this, and maybe it will be different this year as I read something about that option. But I think you had to buy the premium version and I was never inclined to do so, so my options were always just home or away broadcast or home or away audio. That must be it. I didn't either because this is the first year I've paid for my own account. I'd always shared with my buddy and after you posted that it might be bc of the premium account I texted him and asked if he had the premium or not and he does.Laley23;1719327 wrote:I think I just never realized what the difference was. I think my buddy who's package I use has the premium (has hd on computer and everything) but I don't see an option on apple tv for an overlay of Hammy. That would be freaking awesome.

I'm in SC so nothing is blacked out down here. Anyway I clicked on audio options and it said tv broadcast or radio audio, and clicked on radio, then clicked on STO and it's now Hammie over the video. Like I said, the username I use has the premium option I think, so it could be part of that.

I'm watching on MLB.TV as well. Go to "change broadcast" and it will give you video and audio options; the audio options are based on whether you choose home or away so my audio options are "STO" and "WTAM"Laley23;1719397 wrote:Wait, not blacked out with game on ESPN?
