Brantley scratched from the lineup with tightness in his back.

Hopefully just precautionary.

So, I got a Roku Stick through SlingTV, and the audio overlay is available on the MLB.TV App on this. Maybe it's something to do with my AppleTV? Anyway, glad I got it now!

Excellent start to the season for Carrasco. He had some filthy stuff going tonight. Nice to see!

One thing is for sure, both Kluber and Carrasco have made the signings look very good through 1 start...

It's still not a full seasons worth, and he has given us PLENTY of cause for concern, but....sick, just sick...
@drewsilv: Including tonight's gem vs. the Astros, Carlos Carrasco has a 1.60 ERA, 0.769 WHIP, and 127 strikeouts over his last 118 1/3 innings.

Cody Allen. Straight fire.

9 pitches. 9 strikes. 2 Ks. 3 up and 3 down. Ballgame.

That was beautiful.

Cody Allen's stuff was just filthy tonight. 95 at the knees, then next pitch an 85mph knee-buckling hook. Not fair. Now, start hitting the ball!

It's the best. I'm sure you got quite adept at syncing but it's so much better knowing you don't even have to try

So, Trevor Bauer has no intention of letting his defense play today.

No hitter Through 7. I understand this is Houston, but this staff is special. Looking forward to ZMac doing more of the same tomorrow.

Nope. Just a fluke by playing the shitty astros.

Bauer pulled during a no hitter, I'd be pissed if I were him, but glad tito has long term view.

Yeah he had 5 walks. I'm fine pulling him.

No chance he could've kept going. Arm would've fallen off, ESPECIALLY since it's his 1st start.

Also, there was just this from Hammy...
here comes Evan Gattis, the human air conditioning unit. He has struck out the last 7 times to the plate, all swinging!!
And Gattis proceeded to strike out again...swinging.

Hagedone with 2 unimpressive outings. I will say, it just didn't seem the same since it was a combined one...

For sure. And I was cherring for it. But had it happened, I wouldn't have been over the top excited. Solid opening series. We need to keep Ramirez in the 2-hole...I figured he proved that last year but I guess not.
