Christianity was not designed to improve Jesus life at all, in fact it imperiled him. He did it for the common good of the people and even gave his own life for the cause he believed in. Scientology was designed by a money hungry sci-fi writer who was dangerously narcissistic

What?! It's called a "tithe" for a reason. It was the tax when the "religion" was part of the "state." Rabbis were "state" employees that were paid through the tithe. Just finished the book last night. Obviously, I already knew that Scientology was fucking crazy, as are the majority of the followers. But the level of abuse, secrecy, money...it is just insane.

There is a documentary on Netflix called My Scientology Movie that was pretty interesting. The documentarian followed around one of Miscavige's former "enforcers".
