Fried veggies and cornmeal breaded perch or walleye. Of course morel mushrooms as well.

My brother owns a mobile concession company and we did deep fried pop tarts and nutter butters this year, both are really good.

Lockview in Akron deep fries pepperoni slices, which are excellent. They are the only place I have ever seen the them done that way.

Think I had deep fried pepperoni slices last fall. A guy made them prior to deep frying the turkey.
Dont think he put anything on them other than tossing into the greece, and man they were excellent.

and yeah..deep fried turkey is amazing.

Makes all other turkey not worth even eating!

Probably going to Prost in Reynoldsburg tonight. It's a 10/10 and one of my favorite new places in awhile. I will probably go have a couple craft beers and some smoked salmon and pesto bruschetta wife will probably have goat cheese stuffed dates wrapped in chorizo

Chicken.

But, I love tons of other fried foods about the same. But, my moms fried chicken and a few places down in Raleigh are a step above anything else fried.
