Well it crashed on land and they got the black box rather quickly.
I don't think they are saying that's 100% the reasoning for anything, just something to discuss. I'm sure more will be coming out.

CNN experts were getting into it last night with eachother. One of them was talking how they were saying too much, giving away too much of what actually goes on and happens and how stuff works in and around the **** pit.

I agree. I read several articles that discussed the protocol for when pilots leave the cockpit and how the secure cockpit door works. This is the kind of crime that it needs to get known when some lunatic pulls this kinda shit his nearest surviving relative must pay the penalty. If some of these nut jobs thought that their mother or father or sibling or child were going to go to jail if they kill themselves they might think twice or then again they do it even faster...so never mind.
