But, maybe I just don't know what is a "city." Many people call different towns, villages, etc. the "city" whenever they are going there. Not sure I necessarily agree with the above being cities, unless they are actually classified as that.

I was anticipating taking 35 east til about Charleston, WV. GPS in car took me to Chillicothe (i was coming from Dayton area) then 23 down to Portsmouth and 52 til it hooked up with 64...I think.
