Well since Laley said he was too busy to start a thread I figured I'd get this thing rolling. Some of this is copied and pasted from last years thread.

Who wants in this year?

Last year we had a $25 buy-in and 12 people paid and played. In order of how we finished last year: Nilespacman, SportsandLady, Biddog23, Mulva, Iliketurtles, Terry_Tate, LaffertyDaniel, Wildcats20, Big_Mirg_ZHS, Azubuike24, Laley23, and Sportswizhurd.

Do we want to do $25 again this year? Do less or more? I mean we did do $40 for the regular season player pickem lol.

Post your limit, and we will make a decision on how much this year.

I believe we payed out the top 2 last year since we only had 12 play and payed out some money for highest game and highest player total for the tournment. I think the payout was $200 for 1st, $50 for 2nd, $25 for high game, and $25 for highest player total.

Any amount. I'd be in favor of $25 x 12, with bigger rosters and more point potential. I know one year we did like 18 or 20. If we get that much interest though, fine. Makes it that much tougher.

I don't think we ever got up to 18-20 players on a roster. I think the most we ever did was 15. We did have 18 people play with 4 of those people not paying to play 2 years ago if thats what you were talking about.

As for the money thing I'm cool with anything from $0-$100. I just love fantasy type stuff.

I think this will be the 5th year but I was unable to find a thread on this for the first year in 2011. Here are the past winners and how many people played. If anyone remembers who won in 2011 let me know lol.

In for sure. I'm paying wedding costs and a bunch of graduation and licensing fees right now so I'd prefer to stick to $25. If everyone else wants to go higher I would probably cave and agree, though.

I have compiled a list of the top 4(+) scorers for every team that Lunardi has in the bracket as of now. That will obviously change with the week to come,; but if any one wants it, I'll pass it on.

I meant 18-20 participants. We usually cap rosters at like 10, or when the draft time runs out. My initial point was that 18-20 x 10 is a bit aggressive when we're talking like 4 days to draft.

Is we go $40, I don't think getting a solid 10-12 (Those in fantasy if they all want in).

That allows us to know we have dedicated people and can get 10 rounds in for sure, I'd imagine. Also gives us a nice payout. $250, $100, $50 or something (more if 12 join...).

Well by my count we already have 8. I'd guess either birddog or sportswiz will play, if not both. I'll take 10 guys who are actually consistently on here rather than 15 with a handful of people who post once every 3 weeks and will take 12 hours before every pick they make.

This is my thought. Id rather 10 guys who are dedicated (ie the fantasy league) than 16 where 6 arent around
