Taxing on dividends and capital gains slows down economic growth and job development. Do you want the poor to eventually get jobs, or do you want them to always live on handouts so that you can buy their votes? Which has helped give us a society of a small super rich elite and declining income for the working class. Sad about taxing a person's death. There aren't too many poor people starting businesses and helping out families. I haven't looked at Rubio's plan enough to have an opinion on it yet. Taxing someone's death is just sick. As taxes have been over the past couple decades the rich have gotten richer and the working class poorer. Your heart bleeds so much for dead multimillionaires but not for the tens of millions of oldsters, handicapped and dependent children who will be harmed by the cuts Rubio, Lee and Ryan have planned for Social Security and Medicare.
