Well, it is like 95% on Goodluck Okonoboh. Cause he either puts up 25+ or less than 10. Before Robert Upshaw was kicked off UW, I was in the top 3 every week he played just about. Then that happened, and I had to insert Okonoboh.Terry_Tate;1710239 wrote:I have no idea how your team is so bi-polar, haha. I'm not counting the winnings yet, there is still a lot of basketball yet and I think I've had 4 single digit point games over the last 2 weeks so anything can happen.
This week is just bad, as Yogi and Connaughton output their worst of the year I think. But, for the most part, I go as Okonoboh goes.

Ousmane Drame just put up 60+ for me, but it's not even impressive now.

So, who is gonna organize the player pick-em this year? I can help update the pages during the draft, but that's about it. Gonna be in Daytona all week starting next Monday.

Tuned in to watch my dude Cameron Payne play for the first time and Belmont is just raining 3s. Hopefully Payne steps it up and they get the win.

You have Cam Payne on your team and you haven't watched him all year? That is a travesty.Terry_Tate;1710871 wrote:Tuned in to watch my dude Cameron Payne play for the first time and Belmont is just raining 3s. Hopefully Payne steps it up and they get the win.
Not it as much as the fact Murray won't make the NCAAs, meaning the country will miss out in watching him, but a travesty nonetheless.

On a random note, Paynes absence got me thinking about the best players to miss out on the NCAAs. Off the top of my head (and I know I'm missing a bunch):
Damian Lillard
Cam Payne
Keifer Sykes
RJ Hunter
EDIT: Some of these can make it this year.

Haha, I just don't watch college basketball outside of Ohio State. Don't have the passion/time for it during the regular season. That Belmont - Murray State game today was the first non-OSU game I've watched all year aside from the 2 UC games I went to.Laley23;1710919 wrote:You have Cam Payne on your team and you haven't watched him all year? I think Terry has it wrapped up. We have played the same (or within 1) game of each other and I am down like 170 total points...so, yeah. Ill take my $95, and call it a successful year!

I just want this thing to be over so it can be official, lol. Most of my top guys are done so my average can only go down now. Long way for Laley to go but he's rebounded nicely from that awful start.

I have literally no shot. The average is bigger than it appears. I think I was still down about 140 (after figuring out avg and GP) points entering today. I was down 170, with 1 less GP. And figuring a 30 FPPG Avg, that's 140. Just an enormous amount to even think about making up.

Damn I figured Goon had MVP. Now he has to hope Alan Williams and Jameel Warney both have terrible games. Warney needs to score 32.25 points or less in his conference final on Saturday for Goon to have a shot at MVP. If UCSB loses tonight (not likely) and Williams scores 32.5 points or less Goon will move ahead of him. But If UCSB makes it to the conference finals like they should and Williams plays 3 more games then Goon would need him to get 107 points or less total in those 3 games to beat him.Azubuike24;1712262 wrote:Payouts thus far...

Goon's player Denzel Livingston is out of the running for MVP as Jalen West has moved head of him. Sportswiz still leads the way with Jameel Warney who will play in his conference final tommorow. Rec is just behind him with Jalen West who is finished. Pick6 also still has a chance with Alan Williams but Williams is a little further behind these 2 guys.
Warney will need to score at least 35 points to stay ahead of West. If he scores less than that Jalen West will take the lead for MVP depending on what Alan Williams does tonight/tomorrow.

Reclegend and Jalen West are officially out of the running for MVP. Alan Williams had a huge game last night and is now leading the MVP race and is done. Jameel Warney is the only one left for a chance to beat the number 1 overall pick. He we need to score around 40ish points or more to win.

Amazingly, pending scoring changes, I ended up beating Rec for 3rd by about 2 points. He got terrible games from Moore and Boatright today.

Final for 3rd place pending any stat changes
Mulva - 992.5 points in 37 games. 26.8243 average
Rec - 1365.75 points in 51 games 26.7794 average
If Rec would have scored 2.5 more points he would have won.
