Coach Moore is so talented that he is able to do 2 of the 3 jobs at the same time. If we had to hire 3 different people to fill those jobs, we would have the expense of benefits for 3 people. With the way it is now, we only have to pay benefits for two of them. Was that written in simple enough language for you?

I marvel at the ignorance you exhibit, born out of arrogance, and presented as "intelligence"
Moore is being paid to perform the duties of a full time "other administrator" It is a fact that he is not performing the duties on a full time basis if at all period.
Being paid $80,000 to peform the duties on a full time basis, that is, expending all time during each school day, at that function, means he is NOT performing the duties on a full time basis, and is stealing.
The fact that the MCSD must employ an assistant means that every dollar paid to the assistant, has to be added to Moore's salary, in calculating the total cost of accomplishing the function of that office.
It is ludicrous to suggest that one person working full time, is incapable of performing the duties, because :
1: It was formerly performed by one person.
2: During the entire 2014-2015 school year, the duties were performed by one person.
3: The duties are being performed by one person today, while Moore performs the duties of a full time professional football coach.
The MCSD is a small (450 students per grade) urban school district and it's ludicrous to assert that one person cannot perform the duties of "Athletic Director" especially considering the bloated army of "other administrators" currently being employed in the MCSD.
In fact one person has always performed those duties.
