Gia's is really good. Great Italian and pizza.

Cafe Capri and Nicolinni's are also really good for Italian.

What type of food are you looking for? What area also. All the restaurants I listed are in Boardman.

Been to Nicolinni's already. Trying to find a nice place to take my GF, who works in Ytown, for a nice Vday dinner.

And I'm trying to find a place she hasn't been too yet. She's been to MVR already. Pour House has great wings, but want something more upscale. :)

For Upscale I'd go with Springfield Grille, Cafe Capri or Johnny's. I've not eaten at Johnny's though.

I was at the Upstairs in Austintown last night, good food--but not cheap and with the way the place is set up, it's very loud with the low ceiling.
Michael Alberini's in Boardman is very good, great meals & atmosphere....( I suggest you take her here if you can get a reservation)
Johnny's food & service has gone to crap, I'll not be going back there. :(:(

If you like Italian food & plenty of it, try Salvatore's on Mahoning Ave in Austintown (reservation needed here but it's not fancy)

I'd vouch for The Upstairs in Austintown or Vernon's in Niles.

Agreed, or Springfield Grill. Although my personal hidden gem is Selah in Struthers -- http://www.selahrestaurant.com/

...yes gerb, it's still over on South Ave but there is a better Middle Eastern restaurant (Phoenician Grill) not fancy but better food.

The Phoenix is my favorite restaurant in the area, but for more upscale I'd vouch for Michael Alberini's or Springfield Grille.
