Meyer got called out on it dumfuk that's why we're on here. But the difference is OSU is now such a big fkg deal, trivial shit like this is meaningless to programs of our stature. i didnt see you call out meyer, all you did was try to rationalize what he did. also you and OSU are no big Fkg deal. you are basically i second rate program that backed in to the playoffs. 2 rirles in the last 40 years aint anything to brag about. they aint even good enough to win the ACC.

I mean he's 18 so I'll give him a pass and he's a Buckeye so I support him. The reality is, if he expects to play on a loaded team, especially the reigning undisputed national championship team, he better learn his place. He won't see the field at all next year and if by God's grace of love EZE decides to return for his senior year he won't see a down until 2017 at the earliest.

Petrino pulled a scholarship from a kid after they already reached a deal. Meyer didn't take away any scholarships from a recruit.

It's horrible that any kid should have to deal with cancer, but to have to go to Idaho on top of that really isn't fair.

LOL at the troll who tried to equate Meyer with Petrino....assistant coaches move all the time into head coaching jobs, the NFL etc. etc. Even if they are under contract, rarely does anybody stand in the way of a coach taking a career advancement opportunity.

I'm not going to beat up Weber either for being "hurt" that the coach recruiting him left either. He's a young man who made a tough decision, and one of the reasons he made that decision is no longer there. It's a tough lesson to learn, but I can vouch from indirect personal experience that it sucks. The truth is, this happens all the time, and it's only being discussed here because Ohio State is a high profile elite program and the National Champions.

If this would have happened at an also ran, like FSU, nobody would even be discussing it, especially since that program has so many other more notable problems.
