My friend went to VT. He had nothing to great things to say about Blacksburg.....sounds like a good time.

I too have a friend who went to VT. Met him in Hawaii, as he was an officer in the usaf with my wife. He's going to meet me down there and show me around. I was supposed to take him to the shoe last year but he got deployed.
I sat beside some VA tech fans at the shoe and was talking to them about the atmosphere at Blacksburg and they said it's pretty good but nothing like the shoe was that night. They said they'd never seen anything like it.

I'm going to the Rutgers game. Paging S&L....best way to go about getting ticket? Would like a group, 4-6 possibly.

I'm assuming they would be easy to get, but if I have people coming to visit I'd rather have it sorted out ahead of time with decent seats. First away game...woohoo! lol

I can put you in touch with someone who works in their ticketing office if that's what you are looking for? If you're just looking for cheapest ticket, get on stubhub a few days before the game.
Id be careful scalping or getting them day of. Rutgers sucks but they sell their big games. If not their fans, their opponents fans will. People like the "see my football team and then go out in nyc" aspect to it.

Yeah, that will most likely be my situation.
I didn't even realize they played here during primetime until a few weeks ago when my friend told me about it. They want to make a weekend out of it.

I've been to a Rutgers game at Rutgers. You CAN'T have a bad seat unless you pick endzone. Their "higher" seats are probably Ohio Stadium's "B" deck seats, at the most.
