Believe I just completed mine after dealing with the effects of a stomach virus. Fell asleep Weds morning woke up today around 1pm. So roughly 50 some hours of mostly uninterrupted sleep. I feel a ton better little woozy.

I'm not a doctor, but 50 hours of sleep doesn't sound good.

I was definitely confused on the last few days events and which day was it. I feel a ton better but not something I'd like to do regularly.

Uninterrupted....probably somewhere in the 16-18 hour range. I love sleep.

Sleepiest week...I had an abscess/root canal when I was like 19. I spent a solid five days on hydrocodone, just sleeping in the basement bedroom of our house. I bet I slept 20 hours a day total.

At some point, I've probably managed 14-16....but that was after a very heavy night of drinking after an already sleep-deprived week (and not uninterrupted, just too lazy and hungover to crawl out of bed).

Still...it's odd to wake-up at 6PM and regret sleeping all day, but not regret the great night you had until about 4 in the morning. Sort of like "I just slept away one of my weekend days off...but totally worth it"

Had the Flu about 10 years ago. Was in bed for 5 straight days without getting up. Slept for about 30 straight hours

I slept for 12 hours last night. I do that pretty often on Friday nights because I only sleep a few hours a night during the week.

I doubt I've ever exceeded 14 consecutive. (Knock on wood) haven't had any illness worse than a cold/strep throat in about 15 years, so never gone into a flu coma or anything like that.

When drinking, think I've hit 12. Without, I think 10-11 is the longest I can ever remember going. The thing about those drunk sleeps is they're virtually worthless as you feel just as if you didn't sleep at all.

I just can't imagine going to sleep, and waking up more than a day later.

And I've had runs where I worked 100+ hours over 5 days...36+ straight...and still didn't sleep anywhere near a full day to catch-up.

Back in 8th grade we would stay up till about 7am Saturday morning. Parents would pick us up from whoever house we were at. Then I'd sleep from like 9am till dinner at 7pm. One time I woke up, felt gross so I showered, but then went back to bed and woke up and it was Sunday at like 5am. So, if you count that, about 18-20 hours.

Thats a line exception though. I can't imagine doing that now that I am older. Middle school was the easiest time of my life for sleep lol.

I had alcohol poisoning that had me sleeping from Monday morning until Tuesday afternoon with only bathroom breaks and attempts to sip Vitamin Water. So ~30 hours with maybe 45 minutes of breaks.

It was over winter break senior year of undergrad and I didn't even drink that much, I think it was the combination of what I drank.

Think it was around 15 hours. Had week long training exercise that kept us busy 20-21 hours a day and once it was over and got all cleaned up I slept from 9pm to around noon the next day. Wanna say I had around 10 hours sleep the previous 5 nights.
