Winner is the #2 or #3 seed and loser is the #5

Bengals have been outstanding the last 2 weeks and have a way better defense. Special team's returns much better as well.

I want to win but I'm not going crazy over this game.....I wanna win in the playoffs, yeah I'd like to win the next two weeks but the latter week is far far more important. I don't give a shit about divisional champs t-shirts and hats.

I'd like to think Ben will do better than Manziel and also not throw 4 picks.

Pressure is pretty much off but a bye and to beat Pitt in Pitt would be big for Cincinnati.

If Pittsburgh wins and Denver loses, they would go to like the 4th tiebreaker to determine the #2 seed. Common opponents (KC, NYJ, CIN, IND), both teams went 4-1. They would have the same AFC record as well. It would come down to strength of victory, and IMO, given the AFC North, that would favor the Steelers as their losses were to 3-win Jets, 2-win Bucs, 6-win Saints and 7-win Browns. The Broncos had many more wins over terrible teams.

How is the pressure off when the difference between a win and a loss is hosting a home playoff game at the very least vs. for sure opening up on the road if you lose?

I think he meant the pressure to finally win a big primetime game and make the playoffs was at least off.

Denver plays Oakland before this kickoff so that #2 will be known to be possible or not. That game will mean so much to Denver....0% chance they lose IMO

ESPN reporter saying the Steelers want to win and can finish no worse than a 4 seed??? Not possible as they beat the shit out of the Colts. Also gave no mention of a potential #2 seed.

Azu....I think you are incorrect on the strength of victory tie-breaker with Denver/Pittsburgh. Just a quick glance shows me the Broncos will have wins against teams that compile around 90 wins....if Pittsburgh beats Cincy that will only get them to around 85 wins.

Will be a great matchup. Dalton didnt play lights out but he played well enough at times to get the win and get him over that hump of winning prime time games. The steelers defense is bad. Steelers play better against good competition.

Bengals will have a chance to take the lead and win under 5 minutes to go. If they do or not......time will tell right?

They need more from the running game. Gio and Hill only combined for like 63 yards the first time. Also, continue keeping Terrence Newman on the sidelines. He got abused last time and was last night until they put Kirkpatrick in.

What are the chances the Steelers play the Bengals again in the first round of the playoffs?

0% I believe.....maybe something weird with a tie or something.

If Bengals win they are a #2 or #3....Steelers would be the #5

If Steelers win they are the #3 and Bengals would be the #5

Yes, I was wrong. The Steelers can't finish higher than the 3.

Now that they got the prime time bug outta their system I expect Dalton to play better. They beat the Broncos but he still was erratic in the passing game with his high passes. If the steelers had a pass defense it could pose as a problem.

Steelers have typically been very, very good at home in the late game. Just a much diff energy in that stadium.
Havent look at the weather closely but this could become a shootout.

The Bengals problem is their offense and defense have really yet to have a game where both really play well. Individually, both have had multiple games where they are very good/great, but never in the same game. The Denver game was the closest to that we've seen all year.

The last Pittsburgh game, the offense was decent and the defense was atrocious. The offense was clearly affected by the fact that, Pittsburgh offense clearly wasn't going to be stopped by the Bengals and it showed in the way the offense became desperate as soon as the lead got out of control.
