NFL or Colllege?
With Harbaugh getting to pretty much choose between Michigan or the NFL what would you rather do?

Would you rather deal with traveling the country and kiss the asses of 16-17 yr old kids and their parents to come to your college and only have them play for 2-3 years or deal with some primadonna's, Sorry, I mean, pre-madonna's, in the NFL?

One hand hand, you have somewhat control over your schedule and can go against some real dogs and get guaranteed wins which would be a plus for college, but then you have to deal with all the rules.

The NFL you will be dealing with players who make more than you, have a big time ego, and can just up and leave when their contract is due.

NFL. Not interested in having to recruit kids that have no interest in school and/or have no business attending a major university.

NFL for me. I'd want to follow the Harbaugh trajectory personally, get my feet wet in College Football, then make it to the big time.

You can maybe consider a quality institution at a D III / D II or FCA level. There are some great kids who are academically minded at many programs.

I personally would choose that option over the NFL any day. Of course money has a way of swaying things a bit.

I don't think I could deal with the rich assholes of the NFL.

NFL easily

Tough choice. At least in college you get to go after the players you want. In the NFL, GM's are paid millions to go out and get you players, and the coach at times has no control over it, and you have owners that can be meddlesome. I think I would prefer college, but can definitely see why some would want the NFL.

College seems so much more non-football related

Exactly. The rules on recruiting itself would be a pain in the ass. Better not give that recruit some cream cheese for his morning bagel.
