In the last 61 qbs drafted andy is the fourth best.
1. Luck
2. Russell Wilson
3. Cam Newton
4 Andy Dalton.

Yeah, being the guy one spot behind Cam Newton isn't exactly screaming upper class, considering the way that dude seems to regress a bit each year.SportsAndLady;1686589 wrote:I'll take tannehill foles and kaepernick over dalton

All these people knocking dalton drive me insane. Like fucking McCarron would be better. Andy is not as bad as people make him out to be. In his first 48 starts he has way better stats than Peyton Manning did in that time.Heretic;1686629 wrote:Yeah, being the guy one spot behind Cam Newton isn't exactly screaming upper class, considering the way that dude seems to regress a bit each year.

I don't think anyone is saying that McCarron would be any better. What we're saying is that "Dalton sucks." For as bad as the Browns have been at QB since 1999, I can legitimately say I wouldn't want him on my team.Big_Mirg_ZHS;1686680 wrote:All these people knocking dalton drive me insane. I understand that you want to defend your QB but sometimes, it's best to come to the realization that he's just not good. Heed this advice from someone who was on the Brandon Weeden Train for MUCH too long. It's best to just let it go. You can't shine a turd. Dalton is a mediocre QB.

Manning didn't have A.J. Green.Big_Mirg_ZHS;1686680 wrote:All these people knocking dalton drive me insane. Like fucking McCarron would be better. Andy is not as bad as people make him out to be. In his first 48 starts he has way better stats than Peyton Manning did in that time.

And if Dalton doesn't have Green, he's Mark Sanchez.GoChiefs;1686684 wrote:Manning didn't have A.J. Green.

Wow that is a horrible argument with mccarron lol
"Dalton doesn't suck, were a better team with him then one of the worst QBs in the league, aj mccarron!"

He did have Marvin Harrison though, I think he was pretty good.GoChiefs;1686684 wrote:Manning didn't have A.J. Green.
And that's not a defense of Dalton, everybody knows I'm ready for the Bengals to move on from him, but Harrison was one of the best WRs in the league for years.

Manning did have some pretty good threats in Harrison & Wayne.

The real truth is that QB stats today are way better across the board than they were from 1998-2000.
In 1998 there were 2 QBs with 4000 passing yards (leader at 4212) and 11 over 3000 yards.
Last season there 9 over 4000 (leader at 5477) and 21 over 3000, including Geno Smith, to demonstrate how empty of a stat it is today.
It's a different game.

Yup. Colt McCoy was well on his way to 3k yards with the Browns, before he was injured for the last 3 weeks. I was looking at Harbaugh's stats the other day and his pro bowl year (1995) he had 2575 yards and 17 tds. I wish a lot of the rules from that time never changed.Mulva;1686822 wrote:Yeah, that wasn't a good argument.

All I'm hearing is a lot of QB stat rhetoric being used as a deflection to keep the focus away from just how pathetic the Clowns looked on Sunday and how sweet 90% of the SUCK came from a dickless little spoiled rich kid from E Buttfuck TX who's daddy bought him a position at a college that until 5 yrs ago was only known for its number of tumbleweeds.

Manziel's a sideshow and won't amount to anything as an NFL QB, but he's all we got, so we have to hope for the best..ain't that right, bank teller

I find it sickening that both Manzier's and Rapeis Winston's names are on the Heisman trophy along with guys like Archie & Eddie. It's definitely tarnished. Fuck even Tebow is much less of a tool than those two human turds. But neither one will be around much longer...both their 15 minutes are about up.

I find it sickening that my dad has to embarrass himself on a message board in order to feel big and strong. Just stop making an idiot out of yourself dad...I'm tired of getting calls from the nursing home.

The only thing you're the master of is being a deadbeat dad. Let mom and I know when we can pick up the thousands of dollars in back child support you owe.
