I am obviously on a PFF kick since I just got the account, but here is another interesting stat.

Last year Hoyer's QB rating on the play action was 99.7, which was good for top 11 in the league. When there wasn't a play action, his rating dropped to 67.2, which was good for 2nd to last (to blake bortles). Just goes to show that this team needs to be able to run the ball.

Remember when BR said the Jags are in much better shape than the Browns because they are set at quarterback because of blake bortles lulz.

HAHA.....well in Trent Richardson's defense, it is only preseason, and he is just you know, getting used to the jersey color....again....of the team he will be sitting the bench for.....again.....

Unlikely he will be sitting the bench... More like sitting on his couch, because he's going to get cut.

This game seems like it's running so low. So many injuries and timeouts.

And the offenses are iffy too.

Week 1 starters gotta be Johnny. Neither of our QBs are any good but at least Johnny has a little bit of excitement.

The only excitement Mccown brings is maybe a 6 yard out completion.

Agreed. I've thought that since they signed McCown. Unless he came in and played like he did that year in Chicago, you've gotta give Manziel the year. He's been outstanding so far this pre-season, against scrubs and grocery baggers, but solid nonetheless.

McClown is just your typical Browns QB of the last 15 years. Not much excitement, can't win a game, was only signed because they had no one else to sign and had to get someone.
