Oregon ranks 2nd in the nation in total offense. Alabama ranks 8th. Bama's offense has been on fire recently and will feature the best WR OSU has faced all year.
The key to the game will be if OSU can stop Yeldon and Henry like they did Gordon. If so, Buckeyes win. The defenses both have holes, so it won't be your typical high-scoring affair.

I'll take Urban and the Buckeyes with the motivation again as the underdog...

If we beat Bama it will be just as good as the '02 title. I can't fucking wait.

I'll be going to New Orleans. But may change and not go depending on what Tiernan tells us.

Doesn't make me find you any less absurd for feeling the same about a non-championship game as a championship gameAutomatik;1683653 wrote:I will be just as ecstatic. Fact.

I'm just messing around, but I've been wanting the chance to play Bama for a while now. Some OSU fans would shy away from that game, not me. I want that W more than anything right now.
Beating them would shut everyone the fuck up and it will be glorious. Jan 1 can't come soon enough.

Same here. I'm more pumped to play Bama than I would be for Oregon or FSU. But I had to give you shit because I have that feeling from '02 on a pedestalAutomatik;1683680 wrote:I'm just messing around, but I've been wanting the chance to play Bama for a while now. I agree. You can't beat them if you don't play them.Automatik;1683680 wrote:I'm just messing around, but I've been wanting the chance to play Bama for a while now. Some OSU fans would shy away from that game, not me. I want that W more than anything right now.

Agreed, I usually don't give a shit about what people say, but I sure hope ole Lou has the opportunity to stand up and tell Mark May to suck it.

Possibly the biggest game in Buckeye history.
A loss would be completely devastating given the overall perception of the conference and our recent history in big games.

Yeah....if Bama won 31-28, Oregon won 48-26 and then Bama beat Oregon 31-28 it would be earth-shattering to the Big 10IggyPride00;1683905 wrote:Possibly the biggest game in Buckeye history.

Love being the dog in this one...the more we get trashed by the media as "not having a prayer" the better
