In a bold move, I am making my 3rd and final roster move. I need another WC, and think I am maximizing on both players value. Briante Weber should go down, as he is still living off of his 51 point opener (shouldve pulled the trigger for English right then and there). David Brown should go up, as he is averaging 4 full points less than his previous season.
Dropping - Briante Weber, G, VCU
Adding - David Brown, G, Western Michigan

Question though...on Fantrax this doesnt take effect until next week. But, should I calculate it as immediate? That is what I am assuming, but just clarifying that the move is immediate (ie, I score Browns game Sat. not Webers game Sat.)

I see the argument, but in theory someone could affect their average by subbing a guy who has a game later (when their original one didn't) or vice versa. Isn't really fair to be able to affect scoring once you already see how you're standing.

Am I missing something with this...you only had one wildcard before? Brown is fun to watch btw. Kentucky's platoon BS is making virtually all their players un-ownable in our fantasy game. Towns and Johnson are owned because they're Center eligible and luckily WCS just had his career game last night to boost his stats a bit but damn its frustrating owning a UK player...

So I guess tshilidzi nephawe will be out 4 weeks so I'll need to replace him.
My question- since I have a C on my bench (Amir williams) am I able to move williams into the starting C position and replace nephawe with any position player? Or does it have to be a C?

You can replace him with anyone. The only issue becomes if Williams were to miss a game, his stats would still be subject to the 1 game played for 0 points if you didn't have an eligible sub. In-terms of dropping a player, there are no limits for drops other than guys being wild card or not.

Only out a month, I wouldn't drop him. His PPG aren't high enough to get a decent sub compared to what he could do if he reverts to last year's form.

I hate centers. Pick up Tonye Jekiri, he has his 2 worst games of the season. Bench AJ Hammons, he decides to actually start playing this week and has 33.25 today.

I had 2 drafted. I dropped on after he decided to be a bench player this year getting 10 minutes a game. Dropped him with strategy of Troy Williams who had no games played getting a high average to start. Didn't happen. So I rolled for awhile without a second WC. I believe technically I can override changes in Fantrax with commish mode. I think I may do that to reflect exact totals. We have S&L this week and last week we had Danuel House. Any others?
