Listening to Jeff Phelps on the way home today was the same old regurgitation. "If you blame Hoyer today, you don't know anything about football". Bwahahaha. Just looked up Hoyer's numbers....and my estimate was accurate. Hoyer is now the 20th ranked quarterback. OIC does that make hero status. But...let's franchise tag him. 55% completion percentage...is wonderful.

Best case scenario for the browns probably is Hoyer gets hurt, or plays horribly and Manzeir comes in for the last few games and lights it up so they can let him go.
