Big 12 can have a conference championship....they just have to ask for a special waiver to have a conference championship and it would more than likely be awarded.

I think it was me. I admit I wasn't aware of a waiver option, otherwise I wouldn't have said anything. I assume it took someone on the TV or article for you to know that....

OSU deserves that 4 spot. I think it's a toss up who they give it to though. I wouldn't be surprised with either.

The 4 team playoff won't last long. The way it played out couldn't have been worse for the committee in the first year. Someone(unfortunately OSU) is going to get screwed. It has to go to 8 teams asap.

Wouldn't say its a lock. But the Big 12 not having a championship, should hurt them. And they have no one to blame but themselves. I believe it was stated by the committee at some point, that that would be a negative.

IF OSU is in, I'd rather be #4 and play Bama. Oregon offense scares the shit out of me. I know, we would have to eventually play them, but lets do it in title game.

I think the committee finally gives Baylor the head to head, but doesn't put them above the Bucks.

This. Just don't see how you can put TCU above Baylor, when Baylor beat them, played in same conference, same record, with not conference championship. Isn't right.

I have a Big 12 friend (ISU alum lolol) who is talking shit regarding OSU getting in over TCU or Baylor. He thinks it should be TCU.

If we do get left out I would LOVE to play on of those teams in a bowl and wipe the floor with them. Neither of them worry me....at all.

Fwiw, not much, but Vegas would have Bama, Oregon, TCU, and OSU all as favorites over FSU on neutral fields.

Edit...Baylor as well.
