I thought those penalties are 5 yes from previous spot, not where the foul occurred.

It has no bearing on Manziel/Hoyer, so why should he be?

Double moves are tough for CBs. But, he has been beat on 2/3. Would be nice to get some pressure where the double love doesn't have time to develop.

So how did a 5 yard penalty for an illegal forward pass turn into only a 1 yard penalty?

They were on the 24 before the play, and they were at the 25/26 for the FG...should have been from the 29 and with 5 more yards that kick might have been wide left.

I thought they didn't move the ball back on the penalty. No way is the penalty a spot foul...

They do have the NFL's worst (and most flag happy) ref tonight, which doesn't help

It's 5 from the spot and a loss of down.

Hey benjamin try fucking blocking. That would have been a first down pass and catch.

Just got home....read thru the thread. Browns are up 7-3...thread makes it seems like Browns should be up a lot more? Reading the thread isn't very telling of the score.

I thought we had it bad here in Cleveland with the QB holding back a team ready to win.

You people in Cincy have it way worse than us.

Couldn't agree more. Should be from previous spot and loss of down.
